INFORMATION REGARDING CORONAVIRUS - COVID 19

At IMMO CALA MARQUESA we are continuously informed about the preventive measures and protocols regarding coronavirus, so that the accommodation that you have rented is as safe as possible and that your stay with us is pleasant. We guarantee that it has been disinfected prior to your entry, following the protocols of the Ministry of Health.

The check-in will be carried out by the person holding the reservation, presenting his/ her documentation (ID or passport) and the documentation of the other members (adults and children). REMEMBER to carry your credit card for the deposit.

Our reception is equipped with partition screens, nevertheless, we request to respect the safety distance. It is necessary that you wear a mask when entering the office, we will offer you disinfectant gel for your use.

We also inform you that the keys will be disinfected.

Upon arrival we will inform you about the regulations regarding communual areas as use may be restricted or with specific regulations. At the same time we will inform you about the operation and accessibility of the beaches. If you would like to know more details about the beaches before your arrival, please contact the tourism office of the town, since due to the Covid-19 these rules may change.

Please note that we have removed some textile elements in the accommodation (such as bedspreads and decoration cushions, etc.) for risk prevention.

Following the advice of public health authorities, we ask that during your stay, you take these simple measures to reduce the risk of contracting the virus:

WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY WITH WATER AND SOAP. THIS WILL TAKE YOU ABOUT 20 SECONDS

FREQUENTLY APPLY HYDROALCOHOLIC GEL ON YOUR HANDS. BEFORE AND AFTER PERFORMING ANY ACTIVITY THAT MAY FACILITATE A POLLUTION, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN CLOSE TO OTHER PEOPLE (SUPERMARKET, PHARMACY, ELEVATORS, WHEN RETURNING TO THE APARTMENT, ETC)

WEAR A HANDKERCHIEF TO COVER YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU TOUGH OR SNEEZE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A HANDKERCHIEF, USE THE SLEEVE OF YOUR FOREHAND

AVOID TOUCHING EYES, NOSE AND MOUTH WITH UNWASHED HANDS

FAN ALL ROOMS DAILY

In the event that you develop symptoms compatible with COVID-19 or you have been in contact with a sick person or with symptoms indicative of COVID-19 FOURTEEN DAYS PRIOR to your stay with us, you must inform Immo Cala Marquesa and SUSPEND your future stay.

In the event that you have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 or if you realize that you have been in contact with a sick person or with symptoms indicative of COVID-19 DURING YOUR STAY, you should call 061 (CatSalut Respon) or 112 ( Emergencies), then inform Immo Cala Marquesa and SUSPEND your trip.

In ANY CASE you must vacate the apartment MAXIMUM on the date of RESERVATION.
