Sa Riera beach is located 500 m from the house. It can be reached directly on foot via a private neighborhood path located at the end of the garden.

The house is distributed over two floors.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: one with two trundle beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, and a master suite with a double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a dressing room.
On the second floor, going down the stairs, there is a large living-dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with osmosis system, one double bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, and a guest toilet. There is also a terrace with a laundry area.

Going down some exterior stairs, you reach the overflowing saltwater pool and the garden. This area also features a chill-out sofa and table, as well as a dressing room equipped with a shower area and a refrigerator.

The property offers WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house. Outdoor parking for 2 cars.

Groups of young people are not allowed.

Bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, and final cleaning are included.
