Wonderful new house near the lighthouse in Llafranc.
This villa, sleeping 8, is divided in 2 floors: The ground floor consists in a large sitting room with an open kitchen with acces to a terrace and garden. There is also a double bedroom with a ensuite bathroom and a toilet. The first floor has got 3 double bedrooms ( with big beds) and 2 bathrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have got a terrace. Parking in the complex. Quiet community with pool and tennis courts. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.   For any doubt or clarification about this property, please do not hesitate to contact us.   Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Given this exceptionality, we cannot guarantee the condition of the gardens and swimming pools, nor the possible restrictions on their use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. RESOLUCIÓ ACC/747/2023, de 6 de març The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
