IMMO CALA MARQUESA, as it is known today, was founded as Fincas Cala Marquesa S.L. This company was founded by three partners in the 1980s with the aim of carrying out various real estate activities.
IMMO CALA MARQUESA, the first real estate agency, opened in 1990 in Palafrugell (C/Cavallers n°32), with its main activity being the sale of properties. In September 1997, the Palafrugell agency closed to centralize and expand its activities in the Calella office, which opened on 29/12/95 with the acquisition of the Finquesol company.
Following its expansion plan, in October 2004 it acquired the company Alquiventa de Begur, which opened on 1/1/05 under the name Fincas Cala Marquesa.
As of January 1, 2006, Fincas Cala Marquesa will be called IMMO CALA MARQUESA.
As of January 1, 2023, Immo Cala Marquesa will acquire the business of Fincas Palafrugell and integrate its excellent staff into the company.
