The house has two floors. On the ground floor there are two living rooms with access to a terrace, a living room and dining room, a guest toilet, a renovated and equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: two with a double bed, two with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.

There are stairs to access the rooms.

The house is suitable for winter. There is no TV. Has wifi.

There is a pleasant porch outside the house, with partial views of the sea.

It has parking for 2 cars on the grounds of the house.

5 minutes by car from the beach of Sa Riera.

3G internet service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area.

Price for 3 months: €7,100 + 2 months' deposit. I.B.I + community fees: included. Departure cleaning, not included.

The price for one month (except June, July or August) will be €950 + 2 months' deposit. I.B.I + community fees: included. Departure cleaning, not included.

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
