Beautiful semi-dettached house near the centre of Calella de Palafrugell. 

The house has 3 floors and it's located in a nice residence with swimming pool in Calella de Palafrugell.

Entrance to the house by the private garden.

On the ground floor there's a big living-dinning room, tastefully decorated with an exit to the terrace, a spacious fully quipped kitchen and a toilet.

On the first floor, there's a bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and terrace, and the other one with a single bed (sofa-bed).

On the last floor, there's also a bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and a terrace with beautiful views, and the other one with 2 single beds.

The house is 750 meters to the beach and 500 meters to all the services and the center of the town.

Capacity for 7 people.

To access to the community swimming pool, you must cross a small street, without traffic.

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
