 Capacity for 6 people. It has a garage for one car.

Distributed on a single level. Upon entering you will find the living room with a ximenena and direct access to the Chill out area. The dining room, with access to the terrace, and the kitchen with access to the barbecue area, separated from the dining room by sliding doors. A suite-type room with a bathroom with a shower, two double rooms with single beds that share a bathroom with a shower. The house is surrounded by windows that make it very bright and allow you to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea. It has a nice 25m2 porch on the front and a large terrace overlooking the port of Fornells. At the back there is a 16m2 terrace with a barbecue area and direct access from the kitchen.

Price 9 months: €18,000 + 2 months deposit.

Price 6 months: €15,000 + 2 months deposit.

Price 3 months: €12,000 + 2 months deposit.

Included: I.B.I + community expenses, garden maintenance.
