This property is located near the botanical garden (where summer music festival takes place Cap Roig)

It has a capacity of 5 occupants and is formed on the top floor by a comfortable living room, a kitchen

fully equipped, 1 bathroom and a large terrace with wonderful sea views (side).

On the lower floor we find the bathroom and 3 rooms; one of them double, another single with a trundle bed and another with a single bed.

There are some stairs to access to the house.

Parking area for one car in private garage

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10€ per person for sheets and 10€ per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
