Charming studio with incredible sea views  from the terrace in Llafranc.
Suitable for 4 people, this independent studio is nicely decorated in a maritime style and consists of a nice living-room with access to a large terrace with wonderful panormaic sea views, a small equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Up a few stairs we find another double room.

There are also a few stairs to access the apartment which do not offer further difficulty.

Located at only 100 meters from the beach. 

We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for €10 per person for sheets and €10 per person for towels. Let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Given this exceptionality, we cannot guarantee the condition of the gardens and swimming pools, nor the possible restrictions on their use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
