  • What are the arrival days? What is the minimum and maximum stay?

    During the period from 18/7 to 29/8, our houses are rented from Friday to Friday. On the other hand, our apartments are rented from Saturday to Saturday/ from Monday to Monday. On these dates, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Outside this date range, arrivals and departures are completely flexible, with a minimum stay of 4 nights and a maximum stay of 31 nights.

  • Are bed linen and towels included?

    Sheets and towels are not included in the properties, but you can rent them at the price indicated in the description of the property or in the booking conditions. Please note that it is not allowed to use the beds without sheets.

  • Are there additional services?

    Yes, some additional services are available upon prior request. You can check which ones in the description of each property. Additional services must be requested at least 1 week in advance by sending an email to the corresponding office. In all properties you can see which services are offered (bed linen, towels, cot, highchair, etc.).

  • How is the reservation payment made?

    To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 40% of the total rental amount at the time of booking. The remaining 60% must be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

  • When will I receive the booking confirmation?

    You will automatically receive your booking confirmation once the 40% payment of your reservation has been made.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times for the property?

    On the day of arrival, the property will be available from 5 p.m. The key handover, the deposit payment and the payment of additional services, if any, must be made at our offices. Check-out must be completed on the last day before 10 a.m.

  • Do I have to leave a deposit?

    Yes, you must leave a deposit upon arrival by credit card. This deposit will be executed if the property is not returned in perfect condition. The exact amount is indicated in the description of each property on the website. The refund of the deposit will be made 21 days after your departure.

  • How does the cleaning work?

    The property is delivered clean upon your arrival. The Final cleaning is included in the total price. During your stay, you can request additional cleanings, which must be paid for separately.

  • Are pets allowed?

    In most properties pets are not allowed. In any case, you must request express permission from ICM to accommodate them. If authorized, a cleaning supplement will be applied, the amount of which is specified in the booking conditions.

  • Can I have barbecues?

    Decree 64/1995 — of 7 March — establishes that between 15 March and 15 October it is forbidden to light fires (including barbecues, bonfires, burnings, recreational fires…) in forest areas or in the 500-metre strip around them. As an exception, fixed (“built-in”) barbecues with spark arresters are allowed in urbanized plots. Additionally, some communities or urbanizations may impose further restrictions on the use of barbecues in their rules of coexistence.

  • Can I drink tap water?

    Tap water is drinkable, although it usually tastes of chlorine. For this reason, we recommend consuming bottled water. Water consumption in the properties is included in the price of the tourist rental, but we ask you to use it responsibly due to water scarcity issues in Spain.
