Very nice house in beautiful community with gardens and swimming pool next to the beach and the center of Begur.

It consists in the first floor, in a large living room with terrace and beautiful garden private with barbecue and wonderful views directly to the sea, on the same floor, has 1 double bedroom and a bathroom.

On the second floor, we found a wage living room with a large terrace with fantastic views, 1 double room with access to the same terrace with a bathroom and a fully equipped and 1 toilet.

On the third floor are 2 double rooms with a terrace each and a bathroom.

Capacity for 8 people.

5-minute drive from the center of Begur, and a 2-minute drive from the beach of Sa Riera.

You can go walking to the beach following the "Camí de Ronda".

House on several levels with variety of stairs.

Private garage with laundry area and parking area outside.

Property ideal for two families.
